Key Responsibilities: Oversees the entire process, from data collection and analysis to crafting the investment proposal as per Ferrovial's governance, following proactive liaison with internal and external parties and ensuring accuracy as well as alignment with business units goals.Coordination of multidisciplinary teams (internal and external) to ensure that all required deliverables which comprehend the Investment Proposals content are in place in a timely manner.Ensure full compliance with Ferrovial's guidelines, standards, and policies throughout the whole process.Analyse data and documents (deliverables) issued by all parties to ensure that they fulfill the requirements. Ability to raise queries and track them down to ease the process.Monitor progress and performance to manage task completion according to pre-determined deadlines.Prepare detailed reports to reflect progress updates and present relevant findings to the team to assist with the decision-making process.Data collection and thorough filtering to put together relevant backup information acting as supporting documentation of the Investment Proposals deliverables.Actively assist the Strategy and Business Development team with the power supply process throughout. Liaison with 3rd parties, i.e. stakeholders, distribution companies, public administration to map out next steps, timescales and anticipate showstoppers.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Job Requirements: +2 years of experience as Analyst or Project Coordinator in Consultancy firms and/or Energy and Construction sector. Experience in power generation and/or energy management or a related field will be valued also.Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Proficiency in data analysis, their tools, and software.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively present findings and recommendations.Fluent in Spanish and English.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mining or Energy Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field.
