In short, Cleanwatts brings together smart technology, human expertise, and financial capital to deliver zero capex solutions, where clean energy as a service is offered to households and enterprises in local ecosystems such as business parks, industrial parks, transport hubs, and shopping districts.In order to achieve our growth business plan, Cleanwatts seeks a Scrum Master, who will join the development and/or our DevOps team.Key Responsibilities Help on changing the working mode of a team to become an Agile team. Focus on the needs of the Team members and enable them to provide value to their customer/stakeholders with the goal of achieving results in line with the organization's values, principles, and business objectives.Act as a change agent in the Team and the surrounding organization to help change culture and mindset.Ensure that Scrum and other relevant methods are understood and train them.Organize and facilitate the Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily's, Sprint Demo, etc.).Remove impediments (issue identification and resolution) and protect the team from outside interference.Facilitate collaboration within the team and outside roles.Ensure governance, e.G., effort tracking within Sprints using Jira and documentation within Wiki or other tools.Guide the team to develop metrics and estimates, and periodically evaluate the process to become better in making predictions and reducing risks.Scrum Master Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.Certified Scrum Master.Up to 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or other relevant role.Profound knowledge of agile principles and methods.Strong collaboration and team development skills.Ability to think out of the box and create multidisciplinary solutions.Not afraid to improvise when the situation warrants.Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.Autonomy, organization, and sense of responsibility.Experience in working with virtual, globally distributed teams
