RRP BRAND MANAGER Position purpose The RRP Brand Manager will oversee and execute project development in alignment with category goals, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality results. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing local marketing plans, managing creative assets, and leading multi-channel campaigns. The role focuses on identifying growth opportunities and proposing timely recommendations to Marketing Managers. Close collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Logistics) and external partners (agencies) is key. Main Areas of Responsibility Project Execution & Compliance: Lead the execution of assigned brand strategic projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Adapt quickly to business changes while following JTI guidelines, internal processes (AMS, PLM, Cycle Plan Meetings), and legal requirements. Define KPIs to ensure high-quality and cost-effective outcomes. KPI Management & Market Monitoring: Set KPIs with the Marketing Manager and provide thorough post-implementation analysis with recommendations for improvement. Continuously monitor market trends, competition, and consumer dynamics across all relevant channels and regions. Budget Management: Manage and allocate project budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and minimizing deviations from the planned budget. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintain strong communication with Sales Teams. Collaborate closely with Sales Support, Field Force, and other internal teams, as well as external suppliers, to ensure timely, high-quality material delivery. Strategic Planning Support: Support the preparation of CR, Pre-ASP, and Operational Plan presentations, working with Marketing Manager to set direction and guidelines. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent. MBA or similar is desirable. 5+ years of experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing within FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or multinational retail/distribution companies. Fluency in English and Spanish. Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and strategic mindset. Proven project management experience. Growth mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities and drive initiatives. Ability to challenge the status quo and raise business proposals based on insights. Team player with excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Autonomy, proactivity, and quick learning ability. Solid background in brand portfolio management, pricing, consumer understanding, channel strategy, creativity, and financial knowledge
