One of those is the Project Manager for Clinic Agenda. Join us as our Project Manager within our Clinic Agenda team, whose main goal is to make the clinic business line the biggest for Docplanner. Reporting directly to the Global Project Manager, you will be part of a team of 4 project managers working in different countries. You will play a pivotal role in our organization between local and global teams. Your primary responsibility will be managing a diverse portfolio of continuous improvement projects in Spain, aiming to elevate operational excellence and scale the Clinic Agenda project with quality. You will create value by: Leading the Clinic Agenda project in Spain and ensuring that the project team adheres to all standards and defined global processes. Understanding the business in granular detail by listening to various business stakeholders and clinics, and then using this information to lead initiatives in the country. Engaging with stakeholders to ensure that project goals align with overall business objectives. Act as the main point of contact for all project-related communications, updates, and queries. Ensuring playbooks are updated and information is available for everyone. Teaming with the Project Managers in other countries, sharing and implementing best practices. What will help you thrive: 4+ years of experience in leading operations projects, with involvement in the customer success and sales environment being a must. Excellent in analyzing and synthesizing data to provide actionable recommendations, and hands-on in implementing them.
