Vertical Markets Develop and specify Aritech solutions to defined vertical markets.Identify new segment and vertical market opportunities, analyzing segment trends.Specify Aritech products at end-user and consultant level.Be the focal point and key contact with large end-users and consultants.Participate when and where relevant to end-user meetings.Communicate with and inform on a regular basis local sales team large Projects.Large Projects Identify opportunities and key project stakeholders.Specify Aritech solutions, then start presentations and discussions with key stakeholders (end-user, consultants, installers-integrators bidding for project, etc).Support and provide in a timely manner all relevant information to local teams for a successful follow-up.Specification As the specification expert and owner in the organization, help design and maintain specification documents on Aritech products and specifications to consultants, architects, and end-users.Actively participate in the Aritech integration into the Smart & Healthy Building strategy.Aritech Solutions Enablers Share best practices regarding the integration to or from other systems, e.G., VMS and hypervision specialists, CMS providers (front end receivers, alarm management software).Create and maintain a database of such Technology Partners.Identify new partnership opportunities for existing and future products & solutions, working closely with Marketing.Support local teams wherever needed.Key Interactions in this role will be with: Sales Managers, Key-Account Managers, and local Sales/BD Teams : Advise and support when relevant local actions, improve use of SFDC / Pardot for identifying end-users and large projects.Marketing and Product Management team : Contribution to NP processes, sales materials, value propositions, understanding of market trends, sales training content and materials, assess technology partners and contribute to business cases.To be successful in this role you will have: Technical or business bachelor preferred.Strong business development background and been in a similar role for a minimum of four (4) years.Previous sales experience that demonstrates exceeding organizational sales expectations.Experience in electronic security industry as an advantage.The ability to translate strategic selling and follow-up skills at the executive level.Excellent presentation and persuasion skills, with well-developed communication/interpersonal skills, able to influence at all levels.High level prospecting skills.Well-documented record of managing a complex and sophisticated sales cycle that translated into key account wins.Good Spanish, English, and Portuguese language skills.Unquestionable integrity and ethics.Desired Skills Customer Focus : Creates a culture which ensures ownership of local actions to exceed both internal and external customer needs
