Job DescriptionAs a Presales Solutions Consultant, you will be working with the sales teams in pitching and demonstrating Zoho's SaaS solutions to prospective clients. Your primary role involves demonstrating product features, engaging with potential customers across verticals to understand their requirements, and designing customized solutions that meet these needs. This role requires an individual who can combine technical knowledge with sales skills to understand customer needs and to propose solutions that meet their needs. You are required to learn multiple SaaS products developed by Zoho and design solutions using one or more products as required.Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Interface directly with potential customers to understand their business challenges and technical requirements. Build strong relationships through high levels of technical expertise and understanding of their business.Product Demonstrations: Develop detailed PoC systems based on the requirements and perform detailed demonstrations of the product capabilities to customers, highlighting features that will specifically benefit them based on their individual needs.Sales Support: Assist the sales team in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information). Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.Feedback Loop: Act as a liaison between the sales and product management teams, conveying customer feedback to help shape future product developments and enhancements.Support Implementation Teams: Provide detailed knowledge transfer to the teams implementing the final solution after the opportunity is won. Develop detailed documentation that will aid the implementation team in understanding the needs and implement the solution for the client.Market Analysis: Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and the latest company product developments.Inter team Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across globe efficiently to get necessary assistance while working on a project.Requirements: Proven work experience (3 - 6 years) as a presales engineer in the SaaS industry or in a similar technical customer-facing role.Fluency in English and French or German is mandatory for this role.Strong understanding of cloud computing services and software as a service (SaaS) model.Having good understanding of one or more industry verticals is preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.A knack for problem-solving and a customer-oriented attitude.Hands-on experience with enterprise software applications and platforms.Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend conferences, and lead demonstrations.Benefits: This is a full-time position with a 40-hour working week, 25 annual leave days and permanent contract.#J-18808-Ljbffr
