Your Role Within Our Kingdom We are looking for an exceptional marketer willing to develop his/her CRM skills and who can help project manage and coordinate multi-channel strategic projects using our CRM channels.
You will work within the Central Live Marketing team to deliver and optimize a world-class experience to our players by briefing, operating and monitoring messaging campaigns that reach hundreds of millions of players worldwide.
As a Senior CRM Manager, you're the point of contact for building engaging promotional campaigns to support in-game events and lead all CRM operations across all games.
As such, you're able to build recommendations and execute best-in-class campaigns.

Responsibilities Drive the adoption of the new CRM tech within the team, ensuring best practices in both operations and business impact, as well as providing training and support for other team members.
Partner with key creative stakeholders to define processes and elevate the quality of the marketing assets.
Partner with the analytics team to define segmented CRM communications and best practices per targeted group.
Inspire and coordinate initiatives across alternative marketing channels (performance, social, cross promo, platforms featuring) to maximize exposure of in-game events.
Lead the overall CRM support for King, working across and together with several other teams.
Oversee the migration of the lifecycle programmes within the new CRM tech, with particular focus on automation and triggered mechanics.
Work closely with other player-facing teams (community, insight, player support) to better understand and monitor qualitative feedback from the players community.
Collaborate with Data Analytics, Design teams, and game studios to understand business needs and identify opportunities to develop exciting, innovative, and relevant multichannel campaigns.
Report CRM activities, results, and learnings to various stakeholders within marketing and game studios.
Develop a high level of proficiency with our CRM and analytics tools.
Support the marketing team in new concept generation, prioritization, and test planning.
Report on KPI metrics, such as monetization, engagement, and reach.

Qualifications +5 years of relevant work experience using CRM campaign management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Leanplum).
Highly analytical, with experience in data decision making.
Solid understanding or enthusiasm for the games industry.
Proven track record of managing impactful marketing campaigns (be prepared to share some case studies with us).
Excellent English writing, editing, and communication skills.
You are a true team player but have the ability to work independently.
Exceptional attention to detail as deliverables are shared with key stakeholders.
A great communicator, with good presenting skills and a strong ability to build relationships with key partners across different levels.
This role is based in our Barcelona office, but some travel may be required.
