An international Pharma company is looking for a Senior Finance Analyst (manager level) for the EMEA.
In this role, you will provide help in resource forecasting (FTE and EPE) across the R&D organization to support robust drug/vaccine development project management and portfolio governance processes.
ResponsibilitiesAbility to quickly analyze a large range of data (planned effort, timesheet, benchmarking database, trends) and to come up with pertinent conclusions and recommendations for upper management.Implementation of appropriate ways of working to ensure information flows across different levels of resource management (from strategic to shop floor).Seek the most appropriate external benchmark data and analyses to challenge and improve the quality of PPRM deliverable provided to the R&D organization.RequirementsBachelor's Degree with PMP (or similar) certification / MS Degree with PMP (or similar certification).OR University Degree: Finance, Economic, Business Management Master or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of experience in resource management in a matrix environment, ideally in R&D.BenefitsWork from anywhere (EMEA).Open to permanent contract and/or freelancers too.Lucrative salary and other benefits package, depending on experience and geographical location.If all this sounds right, please get in contact for a more detailed discussion with me, Namra Manzoor.
