Overview: Associate Director School of Architecture & Design
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Associate Director to become an integral part in support of some of the program Operations, School team and projects.
Responsibilities: Key Action Areas:Stakeholder engagement:Collaboration and Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Collaborate with various IE departments and external stakeholders.Collaborate closely with the School leadership team, program managers, and other stakeholders to align efforts with organizational priorities.Coordinate with various departments to maximize the institution's recognition.Develop & maintain strategic partnerships leading to new initiatives/programs.Identify opportunities for enhancing student experience within the existing program portfolio.Event Management:Take responsibility for event management, planning and execution related to non-commercial activities.Support Master academic programs and Quality assurance and find synergies for extracurricular activities.Support the business strategy of the School:Gather and analyze competitive offerings, helping to introduce future developments, ensuring the data collected is fit for purpose.Create technical reports, which include data from a variety of sources (finance, intelligence reports) for presentations to help decision-making.Elaborate benchmarks and mapping trends, reports.Qualifications: Master's Degree.4 years of management experience (international experience preferred).Collaborative team player with a proactive and positive attitude.Proficiency in both leadership and implementation roles within a team.Strong project management skills for logistics, event planning, and communication.Customer-centric approach to handle academic program inquiries.Effective problem-solving skills for constructive and action-oriented responses.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage sensitive information.Excellent communication skills, including empathy and active listening.Ability to multitask and manage complexity under time pressure.Fluency in both English and Spanish.
