We embrace a strong risk culture and all of our professionals at all levels are expected to take a proactive and responsible approach toward risk management.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Undertake the tasks included in the capabilities' procedures:Calculation of exposures and distribution to stakeholders.Keep update the benchmark inventory.Coordinate benchmark set-up and deregistration.Escalate to the Santander S. A. CIB Benchmark Oversight Forum discrepancies proposed by Clients to the Fallback Plan.Communicate Fallback Plan to Business.Perform Risk Assessment and report it to RCSA team.Robust Plan update.Review and update capabilities' procedures.Organize the Santander S.A. CIB Benchmark Oversight Forum (agenda, management information & materials, schedule, minutes).Coordinate benchmark's regulatory request responses.Report to Global 2loD Regulatory Compliance:Prepare the benchmark's attestation.Prepare the evidence.Prepare any reporting ad-hoc.First Point of contact on benchmark related matters:Provide advice on EU BMR / UK BMR compliance related matters.Coordinate benchmark transition in the event of a benchmark cessation.Ensure relevant stakeholders across SCIB are aware of the relevant benchmark updates.EXPERIENCE About 5 years of experience working with wholesale banking products, with experience in regulatory role valued.EDUCATION Bachelor degree required (Business Administration and/or Law).SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Capacity to understand SCIB products (markets and banking). Knowledge of SCIB products desired.Capacity to deliver with tough deadlines, prioritize tasks, and organize and run working groups.Capacity to carry out different types of activities and responsibilities at once.Microsoft 365 (office) knowledge required.Fluency in both, Spanish and English.Idiomas Spanish#J-18808-Ljbffr
