You will be responsible for shaping marketing strategy and executing on programs and campaigns, working across the spectrum of the marketing team from brand to paid acquisition, and SEO to social.Your work will help to expand Proton's privacy ecosystem through critical areas spanning cybersecurity and productivity. What you will do:Be the voice of the customer in every conversation, leading user research initiatives to identify the right target segment and understand deeply their needs.Shape the value proposition of the product with a deep understanding of a user's jobs to be done.Act as the connector between product / BU teams and the marketing team, influencing product roadmap to shape launch cadence and pushing marketing strategy upstream into key product and business decisions.Responsible for developing the marketing strategy and plan for a given product, and ensuring that it is well-tuned to growth goals and product roadmap.Lead marketing teams through execution against these plans.Troubleshoot and solve problems involving multiple teams inside and outside of marketing.Provide marketing reporting back to the leadership team.What we need from you:Experience in a product marketing role in B2C, SaaS startups preferably in online privacy, cybersecurity and/or productivity contexts.Voracious early adopter of new technologies across diverse fields from privacy to artificial intelligence, and cryptocurrency to cybersecurity.Innate ability to understand complex and technical product, and develop human-centric messaging that is simple, but not simplistic.Deep experience managing marketing campaigns.Strong empathy for the customer and a user-centric mindset.Proven track-record in marketing successful product launches in fast-paced environments.A work ethic of going above and beyond to make things happen.Strong ability to both hustle and problem solve.Generalist understanding of the spectrum of marketing fields.Even if you don't meet all the requirements listed above, but feel you could still be a great fit, please still apply.Why Proton:Office First: Collaboration is easier and more effective in person
