The RoleThe Head of Technical Solution Services will lead the Technical Solution Services team for Solera, a part of the Professional Services Division within the Solera International Operations Business Unit. The Head of Technical Solution Services leverages a technical advisory approach to deliver recommendations regarding AI, ML and Data to Solera clients with the objective of identifying and qualifying business opportunities for Solera. As part of the Professional Services Division, the Head of Technical Solution Services will work very closely with the 3 sub-departments within the division: Implementation, Configuration, and Training. In parallel,the Head of Technical Solution Services will work in close alignment with different Solera teams, including P&D and account teams within Sales and Customer Support. The Technical Solutions Services team helps customers innovate, transform, and evolve their business through the use of Solera's products and technical recommendations.What You'll DoWorking closely with the account teams within Sales to identify and qualify additional business opportunities for Solera by understanding key customer technical objections, and developing a strategy to resolve potential technical hurdles.Managing Proof of Concepts (PoC) and Demonstrations, and deliver recommendations about innovation (AI/ML) by focusing on solutions, best practices, and benchmarks.Completing technical sections of proposals and RFPs around Solera's AI/ML product portfolio, delivering prototypes of Solera's AI products.Working closely with the other departments within the Professional Services division to deliver one unique Solera value proposition.Traveling to customer sites and for other relevant engagements, including conferences and related events.What You'll BringBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.10+ years of experience as a technical sales engineer in a software sales environment or in a customer-facing role within a Professional Services/Systems Engineering team.Experience with big data, machine learning, and numerical programming frameworks (e.G., Kubeflow, Python, PyTorch).Experience delivering technical pitches.Preferred qualifications:Master's degree in Computer Science or other technical field.Experience in successfully co-selling Enterprise Software Solutions with Account Executives to C-level decision makers in Analytics, Lines of Business, and Information Technology.Experience prototyping solutions by combining various building blocks such as APIs, UI widgets, document processing.Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the AI/ML space.#J-18808-Ljbffr
