Job Summary We are seeking a Sr.
Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience specializing in Power Platform and UiPath.
The ideal candidate will work from home during day shifts and must be a native Spanish speaker.
Experience in the Cards and Payments domain is a plus.
This role involves developing and optimizing automation solutions to enhance business processes.
Responsibilities Develop and implement automation solutions using Power Platform and UiPath to streamline business processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective automation workflows.Provide technical expertise in Power Platform and UiPath to ensure high-quality deliverables.Optimize existing automation processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automation solutions to ensure reliability and performance.Maintain documentation of automation processes including design specifications and user guides.Offer support and troubleshooting for deployed automation solutions to ensure smooth operation.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Power Platform and UiPath technologies.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in automation development.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely updates on project progress.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.Work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.Qualifications Possess a strong background in Power Platform and UiPath with proven experience in developing automation solutions.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Exhibit strong communication skills in Spanish both written and verbal.Have a good understanding of the Cards and Payments domain which is an added advantage.Show proficiency in documenting technical processes and creating user guides.Display the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
