Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 4 to 7 years of experience in UiPath Power Platform and Python. The ideal candidate will be a native Spanish speaker and will work from home during day shifts. This role focuses on developing and implementing technical solutions that align with business needs, particularly in the Cards and Payments domain. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of automation solutions using UiPath to streamline business processes. Oversee the design and deployment of applications on the Power Platform to enhance operational efficiency. Provide expertise in Python to develop robust and scalable software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operations. Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and future development. Mentor junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Ensure all solutions comply with security and compliance standards particularly in the Cards and Payments domain. Utilize domain knowledge in Cards and Payments to design solutions that meet industry-specific needs. Communicate effectively with stakeholders in Spanish ensuring clear understanding and alignment on project goals. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve and innovate. Participate in agile ceremonies contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Qualifications Possess a strong background in UiPath with hands-on experience in developing automation solutions. Demonstrate expertise in the Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Have advanced proficiency in Python with experience in developing scalable applications. Native Spanish speaker with excellent communication skills. Experience in the Cards and Payments domain is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Ability to work independently in a remote work environment managing time and tasks effectively. Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams. Strong documentation skills to create clear and comprehensive technical documents. Ability to mentor and guide junior team members fostering a collaborative team environment. Knowledge of security and compliance standards relevant to the Cards and Payments industry. Proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and staying updated with industry trends. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
