Within Central Ops, our Courier Operations team is passionate about optimizing courier growth, experience, and engagement to support Uber Eats' growth in Spain. This role calls for a combination of deep operational know-how, analytical skills, and project/partner management!
What You'll Do:
Proactively scope and lead multiple projects to help grow our pipeline of Fleet Partners and couriers in Spain to fuel Uber's growth in Spain;Develop strategies and create processes and tools to measure and improve the operational performance of Fleet Partners and couriers (reliability, timeliness, quality, safety, cost);Define critical metrics and develop dashboards to track our delivery performance in Spain; report findings to senior leadership to define long-term strategy and decision-making;Collaborate and work cross-functionally with other operations teams as well as Product, Finance, Legal and Support to ensure insights inform broader critical initiatives.Basic Qualifications:
Between 2 and 5 years of operational and analytical experience in Operations, Tech, Finance or Consulting;Self-starter with an analytical orientation; conscientious and leans in and embraces rolling up your sleeves with your team. Skilled at balancing between short-term needs and long-term investments; flourishes with change and comfortable with ambiguity;Bias toward action and constant push for clarity and execution;Proficiency with sophisticated data sets, deriving insights and checking against what you see in the real world;Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Economics, Math, or other related fields.Highly Valued:
Prior experience in logistics or last-mile delivery;Fleet Partner management;SQL proficiency is strongly preferred.
