Qualification:

a. Sales Expertise: At least 2 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical supplies sales, particularly in field or roving sales roles. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
b. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
c. Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while being highly motivated to achieve goals.
d. Adaptability: Able to navigate diverse industries and tailor sales approaches to different markets and customer needs.
e. Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel extensively, sometimes to remote locations.
f. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify customer challenges and provide creative solutions.
g. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and other sales tools. Comfortable using technology to optimize sales processes.
h. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
