Responsibilities:Accountable on booking of stock per outlet.Implement innovative sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and improve overall sales performance.Oversee the day-to-day operations and sales performance of the assigned outlet, ensuring all goals and targets are met.Develop and execute activities and campaigns designed to build sales and attract new customers.Analyze daily sales data to identify areas for improvement and create actionable plans to address challenges and optimize sales processes.Responsible for ensuring stocks for delivery are properly loaded into the delivery truck.Oversee the proper loading and unloading of stocks in and out of the delivery truck.Manage the documentation of releasing stocks for delivery and receiving stock pull-outs.Endorse pulled-out stocks to the respective warehouse with proper documentation.Confirm no stocks are left in the delivery truck after the trip.Submit trip documents to the Manager/Supervisor post-trip.Verify the accuracy of stocks to be loaded into delivery trucks by counting.Double-check stock on hand (SOH) and outlet conditions for issues needing immediate attention.Recommend and update officers regarding actual stock levels in outlets.Perform delivery functions in different areas.Responsible for an actual inventory of stock per outlets assigned.Implement and do the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.Responsible for ocular inspections of van outlets and personnel.Ensure 100% daily collection of sales from outlets within the designated cluster and declared total daily sales tabulation report.Responsible for spot audits on cash sales, control books, and van outlets.Monitor compliance such as Sales Agent appearance in dress code (Uniform).Ensure compliance in outlets cleanliness (inside and outside).Monitor and take care of van outlet equipment like freezer, chiller, griddle, etc.Execute the operation procedure like suggestive selling of products.Execute special tasks assigned by the National Operations Manager (NOM).Perform additional tasks as assigned.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Paid trainingSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:13th month salary#J-18808-Ljbffr
