Roving Area Supervisor

Regularly visit multiple locations within the assigned area to monitor operations.
Ensure that all company policies, procedures, and safety standards are being followed.
Supervise staff, provide training and guidance, and ensure performance meets organizational standards.
Conduct regular check-ins with on-site supervisors and team members to ensure proper staffing and effective task delegation.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to develop staff skills and performance.
Handle disciplinary actions, employee grievances, and ensure high levels of staff engagement.
Monitor site performance and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
Ensure that all operations are compliant with local regulations and company policies.
Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high standards of service.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
Act as the point of contact for any operational issues or concerns at the various locations.
Address customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
Prepare detailed reports on site performance, incidents, staff issues, and other operational aspects.
Maintain accurate records of site visits, staff rosters, and operational checklists.
Provide feedback and recommendations to senior management to enhance operations across locations.
