Role: Reporting to the Route-To-Market Director, Africa: The Route-To-Market Manager will be responsible for generating insights aimed at capturing growth opportunities and supporting strategic decision making based on the behavior of the trade and sales force.
Key Responsibilities: Identify RTM opportunities to grow the business by analyzing data and speed up insight´s generationWork with commercial stakeholders to gather relevant input from Business performance and Sales team performance (insights incubator)Facilitate and monitor insights generation processDefine insights use case strategyCoordinate use case implementation through Learn, Build and ScaleResponsible of insights team modelling (data science hub)Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports with local teams to present findings to support strategic decision making and commercial execution.What can you expect from us? RequirementsMinimum of a degree in Marketing, Business, Data or strategy.Minimum 5 years work experience in business, marketing or tradeExperience in trade, insights incubation and data modelling will be consideredAbility to analyse and interpret data & open-minded to new technologies.Strategic thinking and team playing skills.The role requires a high level of English to interact with local stakeholders. Knowledge of French will be highly valued
