Role: Reporting to the Route-To-Market Director, Africa: The Route-To-Market Manager will be responsible for generating insights aimed at capturing growth opportunities and supporting strategic decision-making based on the behavior of the trade and sales force.
Key Responsibilities: Identify RTM opportunities to grow the business by analyzing data and speeding up insights generation. Work with commercial stakeholders to gather relevant input from business performance and sales team performance (insights incubator). Facilitate and monitor the insights generation process. Define insights use case strategy. Coordinate insights process & use case delivery. Coordinate use case implementation through Learn, Build, and Scale. Responsible for insights team modeling (data science hub). Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports with local teams to present findings to support strategic decision-making and commercial execution. Minimum of a degree in Marketing, Business, Data, or Strategy. Minimum 5 years of work experience in business, marketing, or trade. Experience in trade, insights incubation, and data modeling will be considered. Ability to analyze and interpret data & open-minded to new technologies. Strategic thinking and team-playing skills. The role requires a high level of English to interact with local stakeholders. Knowledge of French will be highly valued.
