Role: Reporting to the Route-To Market Director, Africa:  The Route-To-Markets Execution Manager will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of the route-to-market initiatives by providing support to local teams & lead cross country RTM transformational agenda.
Key Responsibilities: Drive and optimize daily RTM operations to ensure an effective execution based on a scientific data approach.Provide support to local teams in the RTM execution by aligning and tracking detailed execution plans outlining tasks, resources, timelines, and deliverables.Lead the Route-to-Market transformational projects (Perfect Store, CTS) by defining, developing the strategy and by provide guidelines for execution.Optimize processes: define and improve operational management processes, governance and best practices among RTM team.Monitor and support the launches during the 1st year to consolidate the commercial implementation (distribution, sell-out etc).What can you expect from us? RequirementsA degree in Marketing or Business administration, Minimum 5 years work experience in business, marketing or tradeStrong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Effective collaboration/communication skills and teamwork.Strategic thinking and ability to analyse and interpret data.The role requires a high level of English to interact with local stakeholders. Knowledge of French will be highly valued.Role requires periodic travel to Africa.
