Role: Reporting to the Route-To Market Director, Africa: The Route-To-Markets Execution Manager will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of the route-to-market initiatives by providing support to local teams & lead cross-country RTM transformational agenda.
Key Responsibilities: Drive and optimize daily RTM operations to ensure effective execution based on a scientific data approach. Provide support to local teams in the RTM execution by aligning and tracking detailed execution plans outlining tasks, resources, timelines, and deliverables. Lead the Route-to-Market transformational projects (Perfect Store, CTS) by defining, developing the strategy and providing guidelines for execution. Optimize processes: define and improve operational management processes, governance, and best practices among the RTM team. Monitor and support the launches during the first year to consolidate the commercial implementation (distribution, sell-out, etc.). What can you expect from us? A degree in Marketing or Business Administration. Minimum 5 years work experience in business, marketing, or trade. Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Effective collaboration/communication skills and teamwork. Strategic thinking and ability to analyze and interpret data. The role requires a high level of English to interact with local stakeholders. Knowledge of French will be highly valued. Role requires periodic travel to Africa.
