Roll Out ManagerWhat this role is about?
Currently, we are looking for an experienced and passionate colleague to join our BTS M&S Digital Consumer Solutions team in Madrid as Consumer Roll Out Manager.
The Consumer Roll Out Manager will be responsible for the successful adoption and implementation of digital consumer solutions in the markets, providing expertise and support on functional usage, operations, and effective execution, as well as raising and following up risks and mitigations required for successful adoption. The person acts as a liaison between Market functions and IT delivery teams, coordinating with other IT teams and 3rd party companies to deliver their specific initiatives on time and within budget. The role also guarantees IT Governance on Marketing & Sales related matters and proper communication.
What will you do?
Business Relationship Management: Provide functional expertise on Digital Consumers processes and solutions, ensuring final users' adoption. Develop relationships with customers to understand their needs and priorities and deliver timely and quality solutions to users while ensuring they utilize the full potential of the application.Change Management: Analyze requests from the demand funnel in relation to new projects/major enhancements, assessing feasibility and impact on the global versus local context. Coordinate and conduct application testing in cooperation with quality assurance and technical teams.Project Management: Be part of the project team and perform the following tasks: Design business processes, coordinate configuration from external parties, maintain appropriate documentation, define and roll-out standards and templates, and potentially participate in training the business community.What are we looking for?
University degree in Computer Science or similarFluent English4 years of working experience on the following new technology trends:Cloud SAAS solutionse-commerce: WordPress, Adobe, Magento, Google AnalyticsMicrosoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)Microsoft O365 Platform (SharePoint, Office, Teams, etc.)Microsoft SQL Server & Microsoft Azure (Data Factory)New generation Business Intelligence solutions (MS Power BI)Strong experience in data integration technologiesExperience in Business Analysis & Business requirements analysisExperience in solutions design and architecture, including Agile methodologySupplier managementProven experience with Microsoft Office toolsExperience in CRM solutions would be a plusStrong interpersonal & communication skills, ability to connect easily and efficiently with the members of the international virtual IT teams and MarketsAnalytical & Detail orientedAbility to work autonomouslyRecruitment process:
