What you will be doing: Position Summary: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives through the sourcing of new sales opportunities, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
The Inside Sales Representative should be able to build a high-performance portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction and company objectives.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and develop existing portfolioResearch accounts, identify key players, and generate interestMaintain and expand our database of prospects within the assigned territoryRoute qualified opportunities to sales executives for further development and closure when appropriateStay informed about competing products and servicesClose sales and achieve sales targetsSuggest and implement improvements in the sales administration processWhat your background should look like (minimum qualifications): Advanced level in EnglishStrong listening and communication skills, rapport building skillsStrong phone presence and experience dialing several calls per dayDiscipline and time managementProfessional and confident presentation skillsProven work experience as an Inside Sales RepresentativeAbility to achieve targetsLevel of higher education is preferred (in international business, Transport, Sales or equivalent would be an advantage)What Cencora offers: We offer competitive total rewards compensation.
