Job Description :Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Robotic Safety Engineer (m / f) to join our Industrial Safety team in Toulouse, France.You will be part of a team Integrating H&S in a systemic and systematic way to ensure Airbus industrial performance. As part of the Industrial Asset Management and Safe Shopfloor Environment team, you will act as H&S Specialist for the Industrial System inside the Manufacturing Engineering community integrating H&S in a systemic and systematic way.Your challenges :Support, defend and guide technically the team (local and central team) and the projects assigned.Manage the budget (1 M€).Support the change management of the H&S Roadmap, through education, communication and training to the network / plants.Create standards and processes to support the H&S business integration.Ensure proper involvement of the end user in Manufacturing Engineering projects from concept phase to handover to serial production and beyond, during continuous improvement.Manage subcontractors when needed.Contribute to developing efficient Design & Co-design for industrial systems that fit human needs, capacities, and limitations.Ensure capitalization of experience, knowledge, methods, and tools; disseminate standards, policy, and best practices across Airbus functions and divisions.Support compliance with regulations and Airbus safety policies and standards.Define safety specifications for machines/systems.Support suppliers and internal teams to manage robotic safety aspects throughout the projects.Assess Safety Concepts and Safety Architectures.Contribute to standard improvements.Participate in on-site tests, qualifications, and validations.Monitor the market for new safety technologies.Contribute to internal tools development.Your boarding pass :Master's degree in Engineering.5 to 10 years of experience in machine safety design, particularly in electrical safety design.Experience in risk analysis of machines and CE marking.Proficiency in electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic circuits, PLC programming, Lock-Out and Tag-Out process.Knowledge of electrical standards and regulations.Experience in China and USA machine deployment and analysis on applicable regulation is a plus.English at negotiation level.Robust experience about :2006 / 42 / EC : Machinery Directive; ISO 10218: Robots and robotic devices Safety requirements for industrial robots; ISO 13849-1: Safety of machinery Safety-related parts of control systems; ISO / TS 15066: Robots and robotic devices Collaborative robots.Salary range :Salary range based on the required profile : 50 to 60 K€ / year (including a variable part based on your performance).
