Copado is on a mission to make release days obsolete by helping development teams drive 307% ROI, 20x faster deployments, and 78% fewer production failures.Brief summary of role: Copado is currently recruiting for a customer-facing Quality Assurance professional to join our Product Team.What you'll be doing:Review and analyze requirements and (technical) system specificationsCollaborate with developers and architects to develop effective test strategies and plansLead the charge towards greater and more effective test automationCreate logs to document testing phases and defectsReport bugs and errors to development teamsHelp troubleshoot issuesWork with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the agile development lifecycleAssist the QA Community with ongoing improvements to QA processes and alignment opportunities of multiple test frameworksWe are looking for someone with:Proven experience as a Test Automation Engineer or similar role (minimum 3 years)Experience of working in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban)Working knowledge of Behaviour-driven Development (BDD)Working knowledge of CucumberWorking knowledge of SAP and IBM WCSAbility to write automation scripts in JS (JavaScript) or TypeScriptGood experience of API testingWorking knowledge of SeleniumExperience setting up and developing the CI/CD pipeline (Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git)Experience of mobile device testing (iOS and Android)Working knowledge of JIRA, X-Ray, (Confluence a plus)Experienced in documenting and troubleshooting errorsCopado is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
