Brief summary of role: Copado is currently recruiting for a customer-facing Quality Assurance professional to join our Product Team.
What you'll be doing: Review and analyze requirements and (technical) system specifications
Collaborate with developers and architects to develop effective test strategies and plans
Lead the charge towards greater and more effective test automation
Create logs to document testing phases and defects
Report bugs and errors to development teams
Help troubleshoot issues
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the agile development lifecycle
Assist the QA Community with ongoing improvements to QA processes and alignment opportunities of multiple test frameworks
We are looking for someone with: Proven experience as a Test Automation Engineer or similar role (minimum 3 years)
Experience of working in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban)
Working knowledge of Behaviour-driven Development (BDD)
Working knowledge of Cucumber
Working knowledge of SAP and IBM WCS
Ability to write automation scripts in JS (JavaScript) or TypeScript
Good experience of API testing
Working knowledge of Selenium
Experience setting up and developing the CI/CD pipeline (Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git)
Experience of mobile device testing (iOS and Android)
Working knowledge of JIRA, X-Ray, (Confluence a plus)
Experienced in documenting and troubleshooting errors
