WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As an Equity Capital Markets Analyst in our Spanish team, you will assist in the origination and execution of mandates for mostly Spanish corporate clients and financial institutions in relation to Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Rights Issues / Capital Increases, Convertible Bonds, Accelerated Placements of shares (ABBs) or Public Tender Offer Advisory mandates.
The Equity Capital Markets team primarily provides advice on how best to structure deals and then works with the client to execute the transaction.
