Role Summary: The main accountabilities for this position are:
Receives and processes customer quotes, orders, inquiries, and complaints.Maintains an ongoing business relationship with selected customers and internal sales representatives, interacting daily with shop and scheduling personnel.Provides pricing, availability, schedule information, and technical assistance within established guidelines.Plays a major role in assuring that customer orders are manufactured and shipped on time and per specification.Drives QRC performance metrics for safety, quality, OTP, and the required QRC KPI's.Actively participates in the daily accountability meetings.Achieves an industry-leading customer service and end-user culture within the local operations team, focused on achieving customer satisfaction.Ensures that all ISO procedures are followed in the QRC.Maintains a safe work environment for all employees.Any other duties as assigned.Responsibilities & Requirements:
Engineering degree required.Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish.Strong PC Skills and experience using Microsoft Office Tools.Minimum 4 years experience on rotating equipment.Primary Posting Location: Tarragona, Spain
