We are more than 121,000 professionals working in multidisciplinary teams with profiles as diverse as financiers, legal experts, data scientists, developers, engineers and designers.About the job:Main functions:- Being involved in all aspects of originating and executing client transactions.- Transaction origination, including market screening, analysis of investment opportunities, and preparing client presentations.- Company valuation, including assistance in conducting valuation analysis of specific companies including most common valuation methodologies (DCF, Transaction multiples, Trading multiples).- Transaction execution, including assistance in the elaboration of transaction documents (teasers, information memorandum) and data room management, being fully part of the execution team Information compilation and analysis.- Valuation work including financial modelling.- Preparation of information under the guidance of the Associate.Qualifications:- Graduates/Undergrates- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.- Hard-working and highly motivated team player who is able to work in collaborative and diverse environments.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- High fluency in English (both oral and written).This position will require the candidate to have a valid Mifid certification. In case the candidate is not certified, they will have to obtain the pertaining certification upon the incorporation to the role.
