In this instance, we are on the lookout for a/an Engineer.
Location: Madrid
Work Modality: Hybrid, summer intensive schedule.
Responsibilities:
Thoroughly understand all project specifications related to drainage systems, roads, and paving.
Develop calculations, designs, and sizing for all gravity drainage systems.
Have detailed knowledge of materials, accessories, and joining methods according to project specifications.
Validate the 3D modeling of pipes and equipment for gravity drainage systems, ensuring there are no interferences, clearances are respected, and alignment is consistent with positions agreed upon with other disciplines.
Conduct detailed studies of finishes, roads, and access areas, defining light and heavy traffic areas and modeling various types of finishes.
Perform preliminary sizing, design, and quantity estimation for quotation requests.
Review deliverables of buried civil systems, including implementation plans, isometrics, and detailed inspection chamber tables.
Inform the Underground Systems Coordinator of any improvement options that could generate time or cost savings (Value Engineering) for evaluation and subsequent reporting to management.
Requirements:
Technical or higher degree in Civil Engineering or related fields.
Digital competencies: Proficiency in the Office suite, hydraulic calculation programs such as Storm Cad or similar, and basic level of AutoCAD.
Language skills: Advanced level of English.
