We are currently looking for an Operational Performance Analyst for our headquarters in Madrid. Mission Ensure thorough and accurate supervision of renewable energy assets performance.
You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting operational data to assess the performance of wind farms, solar photovoltaic plants, or other renewable installations.

As part of your mission, you must stay updated on best practices in renewable asset monitoring, as well as tools and software for data analysis.
Your commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and continuous improvement will be crucial in contributing to the operational and financial success of renewable energy projects.

Functions Collecting and analyzing operational data from renewable energy assets. Generating detailed reports on energy production and equipment performance. Identifying and investigating deviations from expected performance metrics. Collaborating with engineers and technicians to address operational issues. Maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding asset performance and reporting. Being updated on industry best practices and tools for renewable asset monitoring and reporting. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Energy Engineering (Master's degree preferred), or Industrial Engineering. 1-3 years of experience in Energy or technical departments. Fluent in English (B2). Coding languages (Python). BI knowledge. Valuable experience in multicultural and dynamic environments. Valuable Requirements Wind, PV, and Hydro technologies knowledge.
