[Rm-009] - Business Operations Assistant - French/English

Research for unclaimed property from our customers, with a special attention on the French language.
- This person will be acting as a second level of support for our Customer Care team and for other departments, in terms of any kind of help we are able to provide related to our digital products across Europe.
- He/she will be also responsible for the Data Subject Right Requests that our customers are presenting at a global level.
Within the tasks of this role:
- Make sure research processes are maintained (and improved, where possible).
- Keep evidence of all actions taken.
- Track results.
- Liaise with Accounting on the reconciliation processes.
- Different administrative tasks related to Data Subject Requests from our customers.
- High knowledge of Excel.
- Advanced level of French.
- English as a third language will be a plus.
- At least one year's work experience in customer service or an administrative position.
