The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in project management,particularly in CRM software implementation, and a deep understanding of the tool.This role is key to ensuring that our clients receive effective and efficient solutions to their CRM needs.ResponsibilitiesProject Management:- Oversee and coordinate the CRM implementation projects.- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Client Consultation:- Provide expert advice and guidance on CRM best practices and capabilities.- Understand client requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.Team Collaboration:- Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and stakeholders leading a team of more than 10 consultants.- Facilitate communication and collaboration across all project participants.Quality Assurance:- Ensure the CRM solutions meet client expectations and quality standards.- Conduct regular reviews and testing to maintain high-quality deliverables.Skills and CompetenciesEducation:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience:- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on CRM implementations.- Proven experience in implementation projects is highly preferred.Knowledge and Skills:- Strong understanding of CRM platform and its capabilities.- Excellent leadership and team management skills.- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.- Proficiency in project management software and tools.BenefitsCompetitive Salary: In line with experience and qualifications.Work Environment: Professional, collaborative, and growth-oriented.Development Opportunities: Training programs and career advancement within the company.We invite you to be part of this great team!
