Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager specialized in CRM implementation to join a courageous team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in project management,
particularly in CRM software implementation, and a deep understanding of the tool.
This role is key to ensuring that our clients receive effective and efficient solutions to their CRM needs.
Responsibilities Project Management:
- Oversee and coordinate the CRM implementation projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Client Consultation:
- Provide expert advice and guidance on CRM best practices and capabilities.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and stakeholders leading a team of more than 10 consultants.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across all project participants.Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the CRM solutions meet client expectations and quality standards.
- Conduct regular reviews and testing to maintain high-quality deliverables. Skills and Competencies Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on CRM implementations.
- Proven experience in implementation projects is highly preferred.Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of CRM platform and its capabilities.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
