Functions: Define and implement qualitative and quantitative objectives, both internal and external, for the assigned project.Develop and prepare the primary risk assessment map.Risk control.Development and validation of macro-level and operational planning.Regular monitoring and reconciliation of projected versus actual operational performance.Approvals for contracting/payment authorizations.Preparation of evaluation reports and project closure documents.Design, implementation, and evaluation of the company's digitalized database.Ability to assess human resources and evaluate potential profiles for project teams.Selection, implementation, and evaluation of the performance and integration of various specialized programs.Requirements: University degree in Civil Engineering.Master's degree in finance.At least 8 years of work experience.Specific experience of 5 years in project or concession management or control.Experience with project management tools and methodology.Knowledge and skills in business management software and databases.High level of computer software proficiency.English is a plus.
