Job Description Regional Business HR
As a Regional Business HR leader, you will play a unique role within the Business HR team as the owner for localizing and tailoring company talent and organization strategies across the region.
You will also influence the final design of the organization and talent strategies of the global functions based on your understanding of how these will work in your local market. To be successful you will partner closely with the Business HR Directors directly aligned to C-level executives as well as your local leaders/teams using your exceptional analytical and communication skills to drive alignment across geographic and business boundaries.
In this role, you will provide strategic business partnership to a cross-section of European leaders in almost every QAD function, from Engineering to Customer Success, to Marketing and Sales. You will act as a critical voice of the business within and across HR to influence the design and improvement of policies, programs, and experiences to deliver tangible business value. You will have a capability-strategist mindset and help translate the business strategy into capability plans that help prepare your business clients for the future.
You are someone who is a credible presenter and skilled facilitator as well as an influential coach and advisor.
When it comes to tackling complex issues, you have proven experience as a data-driven analyst and problem-solver. You will be comfortable navigating talent management globally in a fast-paced environment with significant change, employing only the necessary HR processes that enable the organization to innovate and grow. Given you will work within a uniquely matrixed role, you will also be comfortable with working in an agile way across boundaries to make things happen. You will be self-driven in ensuring you are connected where you need to be to ensure you are informed and aligned.
What you'll do
- Serve as a strategic business partner to senior regional leadership focused on a broad-based talent management agenda designed to attract, develop, and retain the very best innovative talent in the business.
- Actively work with leadership and management to set high performance expectations and manage to those expectations - you will be a partner in defining what high performance culture means and looks like with your business clients.
- Serve as a change management consultant who can help leaders organize and execute transformational change within their groups. Provide proactive and strategic guidance on organizational design and development initiatives and address risks and the unique requirements of the European labor requirements in each of our European countries in the process.
- Play a critical role as a partner and voice of the customer to the Learning & Performance, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards COEs on the design of global and regional strategies and solutions.
- Ensure the corporate global solutions will land successfully within the Region and participate in successful roll-out and change management support relative to global COE initiatives.
- Leverage and act as a liaison to the People Services team as they work to deliver an excellent day-to-day employee experience and help troubleshoot complex operational issues as they arise.
