Your role and work environment:We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Business Expert to join our Accounts team of Payments & Daily Banking Tribe.
The responsibility of this team is to create an outstanding experience in the Daily Banking account, improving the processes related to the account, monitoring the voice of the customer to propose solutions that increase the engagement of the customer, all this aligned with the regulatory framework to be compliant with the regulation. Our way of working is agile methodology, to accelerate the delivery of value.
Your key responsibilities:As a Digital Business Expert you will:
Represent the "voice of the customer" and have a strong vision on how to increase the engagement of our customers, focusing on continuously improving customer journeys.Be responsible for developing, launching, and maintaining an attractive product & service value proposition on the market providing the highest customer satisfaction.Lead to provide a differentiating experience for ING's customers at optimal value and profitability for ING.Be the "Business Guardian" of your product/service working with Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders, ensuring our products and services comply with regulation and policies.Lead to increase efficiency, reduce complexity, bringing the best experience in the moments of truth and pursuing innovative solutions.Have analytical skills to comprehend, define, select and analyze data to gather insights that enhance the decision-making process.Translate business needs into requirements for implementation.Lead and/or support complex programs, setting clear roadmaps and solving impediments.Be creative and an out-of-the-box thinker who likes to work in a multidisciplinary team in an agile environment where stakeholders and developers collaborate closely on a daily basis.Contribute to develop and maintain a customer engagement strategy focused on improving the conversion funnels.Contribute to create and constantly optimize the end-to-end processes supported by an operations management mindset.Contribute to build a commercial plan, upselling and cross-selling strategy.What are we looking for?Want to know if this job is made for you?
