The role includes the following:Customer Operations: Processing of customer operations (guarantees, loans, foreign exchange, remittances, etc.). Assist in resolving customer queries and issues by liaising with Front Office departments and customers. Contribute to the maintenance and update of customer records and databases. Filling and archiving customer operations documentation.Finance: Reconciling bank statements, suspense's account reporting, and other internal controls. Assist with preparation of financial reports to local management.Administration: Assist with general administrative tasks related to office maintenance, processing of invoices, managing mailing, maintenance of archives, etc.
