We're seeking a skilled Risk, Payments, and Fraud Analyst to join our team and contribute to our continued success in the iGaming industry!Location:Malmo, Malta or Marbella.Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategies to optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) for risk management, payments processing, and fraud prevention across our platform.Monitor accounts and transactions for suspicious activity, handling fraud-related tasks such as chargebacks and refunds to mitigate risk.Collaborate with payment providers and game providers to address risk, fraud, and abuse-related queries.Analyze transaction data and patterns using our integrated fraud prevention tool - SEON, and take proactive measures to prevent fraudulent activities.Investigate and take action against various types of abuse including bonus abuse, fraud rings, and affiliate fraud.Provide support to the Operations team in handling fraud and bonus abuse queries, and assist with gameplay checks.Train and share knowledge with relevant teams on identifying and handling fraudulent activities.Assist in creating and maintaining reports on affiliate performance, project status, and promotional effectiveness.Requirements:2+ years of experience in iGaming with a strong background in payments, risk management, and fraud prevention.Proficiency in analyzing KYC/EDD documents and identifying suspicious patterns.Detail-oriented with a passion for investigation and analysis.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English, both written and verbal.Experience with the fraud prevention tool SEON is a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Flexible working arrangements.Opportunities for career growth and development.Ready to join our team and make a significant impact on our risk management efforts?
