Located in Madrid, we work with teams from all over the world to build the e-commerce platforms of tomorrow.Main Responsibilities:As the Risk Operations Manager, you will be responsible for two primary functions:1.
Managing Risk Operations Teams – You will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple risk management domains, ensuring smooth and efficient execution across areas like Product Compliance, User Generated Content (UGC), Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Regulatory Compliance, Seller Onboarding, and Anti-Fraud.
Your focus will be on driving operational excellence within the team, ensuring that tasks are completed on time, and optimizing workflows for scalability and efficiency.2.
Reporting & Metrics Tracking for OKRs – You will take the lead in developing, tracking, and reporting key risk metrics related to all risk domains.
This includes creating detailed reports and dashboards that capture performance against OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), and leveraging your SQL expertise to query, analyze, and present data that informs strategic decision-making.
You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and the broader risk team to ensure the highest standards of performance, efficiency and compliance across Miravia's risk operations.Key Responsibilities:1.
Manage Risk Operations Teams :Lead & Supervise Operations: Oversee the daily operations for the risk management teams handling Product Compliance, UGC, IPR, Regulatory Compliance, Seller Onboarding, and Anti-Fraud.
Ensure efficient execution of tasks and effective cross-team collaboration.Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors supporting the risk domains, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and that quality standards are consistently maintained.Team Optimization: Continuously analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and scalability.Training & Development: Lead and mentor team members, providing coaching and training to develop operational expertise and enhance overall team performance.2.
Create Reports & Track Risk Metrics (SQL & Power BI):- OKR Metrics Reporting: Design and manage reporting systems to track progress against risk-related OKRs for each domain.
Regularly monitor and report on performance to senior leadership.- SQL Reporting: Use your SQL skills to query and analyze large data sets from various risk domains.
Create accurate, actionable reports and dashboards that highlight key risk trends, areas of concern, and opportunities for improvement
