We are working to be the best we can be at spotting danger for our company; continuously learning to get better and better in what we do.? The Audit operations team sits at the heart of the internal audit function, we are on our own journey to evolve our approach, to support the global audit team to get better and better at delivering our purpose and strategy while growing and learning at the same time. We are here to support the audit function to deliver exceptional insights to our varied stakeholders, as well as influence the control environment. The team's role is to set up and continuously improve what we as an audit function do, and how we work, develop and grow together. Building efficiencies and driving meaningful change.This role forms a critical part of managing Group Audit's own risks and setting processes and controls in line with Group Policies incl. Internal Control Integrated Framework (ICIF) and Regulation.Undertake wider communications across Group Audit on requirements and deliver training on key aspects of compliance requirements, promoting a culture of discipline.Maintain calendar of activities, checklist to ensure timely execution. Undertake regular reporting on the status of the ICIF activities including regular update. meetings, Executive Governance Meetings and to the GA COO and Group Chief Auditor. Support key stakeholders to ensure that the attestation process is properly designed and executed timely to enable the Group Chief Auditor sign off.Review monthly updates of Group policies and provide a summary to Key Stakeholders and GA COO when applicable and change ICIF Group Audit activities accordingly.Perform the annual Internal Control Assessment to ensure control objectives & their applicability is up-to-date, define and oversee the independent testing program.Ensure Group Audit ICIF controls are executed timely and evidence are stored appropriately incl. analysis of information governance issues and incidents Assess applicability for new processes and associated risks, develop action plans, implement and document new controls, while ensuring timely sign-off by GA COO.Support the Group Audit Operations Professional Practices team with a variety of projects focusing on raising and maintaining the quality of internal audit work.How do you know you fit in? I'll explain: Don't worry, we are not asking you to save the planet or meet 100% of the requirements.  BSc/BA in Business / Information Management and related field from an accredited college or university (master's or MBA degree is preferred)? Experience: More than 5 years' experience in Risks & Controls and related activities.Advanced skills in Excel, knowledge application OneTrust, PowerAutomate/MSForm is a plus.Functional Skills related to Enterprise Governance & Internal Control System (ICS) Knowledge and/or Risk and Control, Compliance Risk Management, Information Governance, Internal Audit, Data Stewardship, Information Security Management, Business Process Modelling.Soft Skills related to Change Management, Continuous improvement.
