The Risk & Control role ?As the Risk & Control owner, you will build and put into action solid plans to manage our operational risks. You will help the team make sure we operate efficiently and in line with the rules.Risk managementStrengthen our system for identifying, assessing and prioritizing risk management actionsExpand risk management reflexes throughout the company and assist teams in designing and implementing risk mitigation plansChallenge our risk appetite and propose relevant risk metrics to monitor our strategy and risk exposureRegulatorySupport our discussions with insurance regulators and contribute to the opening of new countries of operationLead the production and maintenance of key regulatory reports (ORSA) and policiesInternal ControlStrengthen our framework for internal control processes, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and scalabilityDrive efforts to ensure proper documentation and communicability of controls to third-party partnersSupport the management of audits from commercial partners and supervisorsYou will work closely with a wide spectrum of stakeholders, especially the Risk (e.G. Matthieu Chauvigny, Romain Picabea ), the Legal (eg. Elise Toureau ), the Ops (eg. Julie Pouzols ) and the Security (eg. Thomas Quinot ) communities
