The role is responsible for the oversight of the Risk Profile of PagoNXT Payments rapidly growing payments processing business on a mission to transform legacy payments in banks with a SaaS service based on a resilient and scalable cloud-based platform.
As a member of the R&C team in 2LoD, the main responsibility of the role is to support the performance and evolution of the existing risk toolsets (e.g., RCSAs, Incident Management, Change Management), developing simple and innovative ways of working that are appropriate for a Technology business, in line with the strategic direction given by the Chief Risk Officer.
The individual will also be required to take the responsibility for day-to-day coordination and reporting on the status of a Control Maturity Programme to mature the overall control model for the business, including the certification of relevant controls for ISO27001 and ISO22301.

The line manager of the role is the Chief Risk Officer, PagoNXT Payments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Taking ownership of day-to-day coordination of the Control Maturity Programme PMO, reporting the status from Control SMEs across the business.
Working closely with the Chief Risk Officer to develop and maintain the risk framework, methodologies, risk tools, education, and training etc.
to enhance the business' ability to Identify, Assess, Manage and Report Risks and Controls, in particular through the coordination and review of the annual RCSA campaign.
Reviewing, challenging, and helping the business articulate the risks and controls profile across all non-financial risk types, identifying and escalating gaps in risk management and putting in place appropriate mitigating actions.
Support the production of presentations and reporting related to Risk & Compliance activities.
