Your role: You act as the main focal point from the very start of engagement, building relationships with key business stakeholders of our partners, overseeing delivery of rindus services within agreed deadlines, scope, and quality.
Building strong relationships with the partner's stakeholders to understand their individual situation, goals, needs, and challenges.
Support of partners' team building process (from recruitment and forming teams to process establishment and stabilization).
Overseeing and owning a successful partner's life cycle at rindus.
Setting up best practices (tools, processes, people management), knowledge sharing with partner teams and partner.
Ensuring high-level service delivery within rindus portfolio.
Providing proactive constructive input to the internal organization on services and solutions that should be considered for improvement and/or creation.
Collaborating very closely with the other service-oriented internal missions of rindus to ensure partner satisfaction.
You bring in: Highly energetic personality with strong sense of ownership and commitment.
Strong service/partner oriented attitude.
Ability to identify and effectively communicate issues and commercial opportunities - get things done.
Experience in account management/customer success management, ideally in Software development.
Solid understanding and ideally practical experience with Agile SDLCs (Scrum, Kanban).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Good team player and relationships builder.
Nice to have: Experience in creating and running trainings, workshops.
Project Management experience.
