Job DescriptionPrimary Job Responsibilities Make sales calls and other activities in order to achieve sales targets in the assigned area; Maintain & build relationships with (new) customers; Ensure all sales activities are in accordance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws; Plan & attend meetings; Under the directionof the Country Manager, develop sales activity plans to optimize sales performance and achieve sales targets; Assist with dental surgery procedures using the company's products with customers and dentists within the assigned area, providing guidance in dental drilling sequences and surgery area setup; Ensure collection of outstanding Accounts Receivables from customers in conjunction with Corporate staff; Cultivate new & expanded sales prospects and customer opportunities to achieve sales growth of the company's products; Resolve customer inquiries and complaints; Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of new products.Qualifications Min. 5 years experience in a similar position in the dental/medical devices industry; Dental implants experience/knowledge min. 2 years; Proven track recordin sales; Self-starter & motivator with an intrinsic understanding of what it means to work hard; Ability to communicate effectively with dental & medical professionals; Strong analytical &negotiation skills; Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, both written & verbal.The new Sales Representative should have good knowledge of & experience in the dental industry with a proven track record in sales. They should be a commercial thinker with the ability to build & maintain good interpersonal relations and a 'hands-on' mentality. A person with interest in the dental market, good technical understanding, and the ability to elevate sales in the assigned area is essential.
