About Controlling
In Controlling and as part of the Finance Department, we prepare finance analysis related to Fever Originals, CoProductions and other Joint Ventures projects FEVER may be part of, including:
Checking initial Budgets and Forecasts and later deviations with actual dataCalculating relevant KPIs for Global Head of Finance and for project managersCalculating business accounting data: CAPEX, depreciations, stock, business accruals and deferrals, etc.We are the link between business areas and the Finance Department.
About the role
Our innovative and growing company is looking to fill the role of Finance Controller Manager. You will play an important role within the Group Finance Function, with core activities including maintenance of group controlling policies providing visibility around costs related to the business processes through relevant data analysis and reporting of the different Fever projects such as "Stranger Things: The Experience" or "Harry Potter: A Forbidden Forest Experience".
Your role will be: Co-Lead the Controlling Department along with the current Controlling Manager in charge.Verify accurate and timely all P&L and KPIs Reportings in place and cost control analysis related to FEVER projects, co-investments and Joint Ventures.Follow up with your market approved Budgets vs Actual costs to flag deviations and control any over expense.Ensure that defined accounting standards are applied across the region and different P&L budgets and reportings prepared by business areas are used and are in line with group rules.Participate and coordinate in process improvement and software implementation in coordination with Accounting and Tax Departments.Provide financial evaluation and guidance to influence in business decisions, strategy formulation and execution along with FP&A department.Identify gaps, propose action plans, share best practices and develop significant business analysis. To be successful on this role you will: Have 4-5 years of work experience in Controlling. Prior experience in Audit (Big 4) will be a plus.Have experience in working in an international & cross-functional environment.Have experience in the Events Industry, which is highly desirable.Have an advanced level of English and Spanish.Be result oriented, highly analytical and very organized.
