Job DescriptionTo join our Digital team for Southern Europe in Barcelona, Somfy is looking for a Digital Traffic Leader. This position will play a key role in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to ensure smooth traffic flow across various digital platforms. This role will focus on driving efficient performance and brand awareness across paid, organic, and owned media, ensuring optimal user experience, conversion rates, and traffic growth. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (search, social, display, email, etc.) to ensure optimal traffic and engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, development) to align messaging and creative elements with campaign objectives. Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and meet KPIs.Traffic Optimization:
Analyze traffic data and identify areas for improvement in user acquisition, engagement, and conversion rates. Implement A/B testing, SEO, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies to enhance website traffic and performance. Manage traffic flow across digital touchpoints, ensuring consistent brand experience.Performance Reporting:
Track and report on digital traffic performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Use data analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to monitor key metrics and optimize ongoing campaigns. Present findings to internal stakeholders and offer data-driven suggestions for improvement.Collaboration and leadership:
Work closely with international and local teams as well as external agencies to coordinate traffic strategies and digital initiatives. Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies, and proactively suggest new initiatives for traffic growth.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital, or a related field.3+ years of experience in digital marketing or traffic management roles.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Ads, etc.).Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in English; Spanish or other languages is a plus.Additional InformationPermanent contractTeleworking policy (2 days home office)Health & Life InsuranceThe protection of our candidates' personal data is a commitment of Somfy Group.
