We are looking for a Junior Administrative role profile inside Accenture Operations to assist HR Partner and HR Business Partner roles.
Studies: University Degree related to Labor Relations, Labor Legislation, Psychology, Administration, and Management.
Responsibilities: Employee support along their work life through HR Systems: record transactions in HR platforms, employee support for questions, requests, and doubts.Assisting Service Group HR partner and HR business partner for administrative tasks: reporting, employee transactions, system changes, information gathering, communications, presentations, and meetings.Work closely with Practice Lead to understand our business practice strategy, headcount structure, and current performance to develop efficiently the responsibilities associated with the role in coordination with the HR BP.Skills: Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting.Demonstrated communication: honest, assertive, and transparent conversations.High English Level.Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
), SharePoint.Workday, SAP, or other ERP background.
