Responsibilities You will be overall responsible for overseeing the global SQD CPX and Logistics team, where the main responsibilities are: Develop and deploy the Vestas Quality Strategy towards external suppliers under CPX and Logistics in alignment with the relevant business functions.
Identify and involve business stakeholders along global and regional organizations in order to achieve the expected business results.
Monitor and control Supplier Quality Performance in CPX and Logistics.
Share and communicate knowledge and innovation.
Lead and develop the SQD CPX and Logistics Team to a professional quality team, setting priorities to achieve the business goals and create high impact.
Prepare executive reports and participate in Management review meetings.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering (ideally Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree).
10 years working experience in supplier quality management in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain; offshore experience is desirable.
Solid people management experience.
Significant problem-solving skills and experience in leading improvement projects.
Experience with ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001 systems, and knowledge in QA methodologies, tools, and processes – such as APQP/PPAP.
Fluency in English, oral and written.
